 Brian K. Meek as Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific Sales and
 Marketing, effective April 1, 2001.
     Meek, 45, comes to SmartServ from Motorola where he spent more than 11
 years developing wireless telecommunications ventures and managing businesses
 in Asia and Europe.  In addition to his sales and business development
 initiatives, Meek will be responsible for assessing market opportunities in
 the Asia Pacific region.
     Meek has been a proven producer of business development opportunities at
 Motorola for more than a decade.  Most recently, he served as Vice President,
 Asia Pacific Operations, Motorola Network Management Inc. where he
 successfully developed and managed important telecommunications
 joint-ventures, valued in excess of $750 million.  In addition, he has served
 as an active member of the Board of Directors and management committee of
 Hutchinson Telephone Company Limited in Hong Kong and brings a wealth of
