 release its consolidated first quarter earnings at 7 a.m. EDT, Thursday,
 April 26.
     Allen Franklin, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Gale
 Klappa, chief financial officer, will conduct a conference call for financial
 analysts at 2:30 p.m. EDT, Thursday, April 26.
