Engineering. Kraemer, formerly Vice President of Engineering, will now
directly oversee SRS Labs' worldwide sales and engineering initiatives. Yang,
a senior staff engineer, will take over day-to-day management of the

Kraemer, a seven-year SRS Labs engineering executive, has been

partners to make certain that our technology is implemented to produce the
best results. We believe that this new role will greatly benefit the company
and our customers and should expedite the roll-out of new technology
 applications for our customers."
