 (OTC Bulletin Board:   STAX; Nouveau Marche) announces it has received
 notification that the State of Washington Department of Transportation plans
 to use 216,000 pounds of NUOVINOX dowels as a non-corrosive solution in the
 improvement of the Tukwila HOV lane on I-5, near Tacoma, WA.  The project is
 scheduled for letting this summer.
     NUOVINOX is carbon steel that is cladded with stainless steel and is
 priced substantially lower than solid stainless steel.  Stelax Industries,
 Ltd. makes NUOVINOX rebar, dowels and flat bar.
