Sterling Trust Welcomes Georgia Froelich to Family Office Team

 Sterling Trust, a division of Sterling, announced today that Georgia Froelich,
 Esq., will be joining its team May 1.  Froelich will join Jack Etowski, senior
 vice president and managing director of Sterling Trust, and Peter Wykoff, vice
 president and director, in providing fiduciary services to 40 family
 relationships with assets off approximately $1.2 billion.

     Froelich is joining Sterling Trust from National City's Private Client
 Group in Akron, Ohio, where she's been a vice president and trust officer
 since 1998.  Prior to that she served at First Merit Bank for nine years and
 with Ameritrust for five years.
     She earned her bachelor of arts degree from Cleveland State University and
 juris doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.  She is admitted to
 the practice of law in Ohio, the Northern District Federal Court and the
 Supreme Court of the United States.  She is a member of the American Bar
 Association, and the Tax and Estate Planning Council of Akron and frequently
 speaks on estate planning to area groups and bar associations.
     Froelich also serves on the Ohio Bar Association's Charitable Giving
 Committee, as a trustee of the Hershey, the Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens
 Foundation, the Central School of Practical Nursing and Akron General Medical
 Center Foundation.  Additionally, she is a member of the Cleveland Museum of
 Art's and Children's Hospital Foundation's Planned Giving Councils, and a
 trustee and executive committee member of the Cascade Capital Corporation.
     She has served as chairman of the Cleveland Bar Association's Estate
