INDIANAPOLIS, June 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Studio Science, Indianapolis' leading design and innovation consultancy, opens registration to business leaders in the Greater Columbus area of Ohio, for a customer experience design forum to be held at Fuse by Cardinal Health on June 28, 2017, in Dublin, Ohio, featuring keynote speakers from Fuse, Anthem and Nationwide Insurance.
This will be the third installment of Studio Science's People Powered Innovation series—highlighting how the experts at leading companies anticipate trends, design better customer experiences and drive bigger business.
"After the overwhelming response that we received from the first People-Powered Innovation event in Indianapolis, we knew Studio Science had an important role to play. As leaders in Customer Experience, User Experience and Design Thinking, we feel an obligation to facilitate a learning experience of best practices from those who are leading the way," commented Studio Science's Director of Marketing Chris Belli.
The forum will break into three rotating sessions for a more intimate learning experience with Natalie Schneider of Anthem, Heidi Munc of Nationwide and Marty Vian, director of User Experience at Fuse by Cardinal Health. A forum covering the best practices and strategies for implementation will follow.
Fuse, Cardinal Health's innovation center, is focused on connecting technology with healthcare to build the future of health and wellness. Experts at Fuse realize the importance of human-centered design and how it leads to new discoveries in the healthcare industry.
"We look forward to sharing how using a design thinking approach can generate a fresh perspective by gathering differing points of view, which enable us to connect dots across the larger ecosystem of healthcare," said Vian.
