 results of its contract staffing market poll.  The report claims that contract
 staffing placements have increased a surprising 26.6 percent in April 2001 and
 confirms an anticipated correlation to financial markets.  Figures represent
 positive or negative changes in contract staffing placements by
 377 participating firms, relative to the preceding month(s).

     *  Jan 2001 -- decreased 13.49 percent
     *  Feb 2001 -- decreased 20.3 percent
     *  March 2001 -- increased 11.2 percent
     *  April 2001 -- increased 26.6 percent
 
     Average percent of total staffing contracts involving a 3rd party
 (subcontractor) -- 28 percent
