MACEDONIA, Ohio, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- A new and expanded line of glass
enclosures for homes and commercial businesses has been introduced by Patio
Enclosures, Inc. The line features improved design, structure and safety
 features.
The Allview room, a seasonal enclosure, and the Comfortview room, an
insulated enclosure, have been re-engineered by Patio Enclosures, Inc., North
America's largest manufacturer of custom sunrooms. They are now available in
both aluminum and vinyl, giving consumers improved options for blending their
enclosures with their current home construction. Both are greatly enhanced
over earlier designs and both are engineered to meet or surpass not only
today's building codes for climates in the U.S. and Canada, but also
 tomorrow's.
"We've made the best better," stated Rick Jones, president of Patio
Enclosures, Inc. "Not only are these sunrooms more beautiful, with
streamlined looks and new product features, they are also better structurally,
meeting or surpassing building code requirements for virtually any climate in
the U.S. or Canada. Design engineers gave these rooms built-in strength for
snow and wind, yet created soft-looking and stylish products to beautifully
blend with any home," he said.
The new designs give consumers more choices than ever for creating a
sunroom that matches their lifestyle. The new aluminum and vinyl sunrooms
 have the following feature enhancements:

     * A new dual point door locking system with top and bottom latching that
eliminates the need for dead-bolts and other locking assisting items,
since it is resistant to forced entry.
     * A secondary night latch that allows doors to be kept open for
ventilation while keeping the sunroom secure. It provides a third
locking point out of reach of small children.
     * Stylish new door handles offered in colors to match the color of the
       room including brass options.
     * Newly designed, patent pending door corners that offer a stronger door,
a clean modern appearance with finger-touch glide, and built-in
adjustable wheel assemblies to keep doors rigid and true and easy to
       adjust if needed.
     * Heavy-duty tubular designed extrusions in doorframes providing a tight
interlocking fit between doors to seal out wind and other elements.
     * Patented "raceway" systems for inclusion of cabling and wiring for
current and future electronic and computer hookups.
     * The company's patented aluminum "Super Screen" made of heavy-duty frames
and offered with color matched handles.

"Some customers prefer vinyl enclosures because they already have vinyl
siding, decks or windows in their home," said Jones. "We developed an
entirely new room in both single glazed and insulated glass in structurally
 reinforced vinyl frames," added Jones.
The vinyl rooms are offered in white and sandstone colors with a sleek
appearance and color-matched screens and door handles. Brass hardware is
optional for the discriminating buyer. Frame members are reinforced with
aluminum or steel to meet the tough standards of construction in harsh, snowy
areas or along seaboard states often subjected to high wind requirements.
Founded in 1966, Patio Enclosures, Inc. is an employee-owned company and
sells directly to consumers through company owned branches, franchises and
dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as commercial customers
nationally and internationally. For more information, visit the company's web
