(Pink Sheets: SYAI), a premier provider of cloud computing and information technology solutions, announced today that it has signed a multi-year agreement with one of the largest Silicon valley enterprise and mobile software companies that has been recently acquired by one of the largest ERP vendors.  Under the agreement, Systems America has already deployed several resources to manage, analyze and provide mobility application services across various major systems, networks and devices. Systems America expects to generate $3 million in revenues from this agreement during fiscal year 2011.
