T-Rex Capital Group Acquires Reliance Realty Partners; Adds Kenneth Dardis as Managing Director of New Business and Joseph Gaudio as Managing Director of Development

STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- T-Rex Capital Group LLC, the privately held real estate investment firm, proudly announced the acquisition of Reliance Realty Partners, which developed, entitled, managed and invested in commercial real estate projects in excess of 4 million square feet in New York and Connecticut. The principals of Reliance Realty Partners, Kenneth Dardis and Joseph Gaudio, have joined T-Rex Capital Group as Managing Directors.

Kenneth Dardis joins T-Rex Capital Group as Managing Director of New Business. Dardis co-founded Reliance Realty Partners in 1997 and has 24 years of experience in corporate and private real estate investment, development and management. "Ken will play a major role in our aggressive growth development and we're honored to have him onboard," said Tom Mulroy, CEO of T-Rex Capital Group.

Joseph Gaudio joins T-Rex Capital Group as Managing Director of Development. Gaudio was a principal at Reliance Realty Partners for 12 years and has 25 years of experience as a private real estate developer and institutional real estate manager.
