 announced that it is introducing a new version of its Amanda Smart Web Server.
     "The expanded suite of products under the Amanda Smart Indavo system now
 will support message playback and management over the Web," said David Woo,

 proxy to its shareholders for ratification of its merger with tAA," Woo said.
