Taiwanese- and Chinese-Americans Join in Tai-Chi, Other Activities at Annual Senior Health Fair in Chinatown

    You won't see any signs of tension between Taiwanese- and
 Chinese-Americans here in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 28, as senior
 citizens from both communities join for festivities at the annual Senior
 Health Fair in Chinatown.  Seniors will perform tai chi together, attend
 health seminars, get blood pressure readings and acupuncture treatments and
 become "grandparents" for the day teaching culture and history to adopted
 children from Asia.  The event will also feature the largest grassroots
 Buddhist charity, Tsu-Chi offering both alternative and Western medical
 clinics.
