MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- This holiday season, Target® is taking the hassle out of holiday shopping with three limited-time-only Target To-Go shopping events in New York City, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Shoppers can dash up and dash off with the hottest holiday gifts at everyday low prices, wrapped and ready to go.
Target To-Go offers 50 wallet-friendly gifts for all ages, including the season's hottest toys, gadgets, home decor, beauty and fashion. Shoppers can also find exclusive designer offerings, such as gift wrap from Marcel Wanders for Target, beauty items from Sonia Kashuk and fashions from Rodarte for Target, which will be available a full week before the fashion collection hits stores nationwide on December 20.
Shopping is as easy as 1, 2, 3: guests can pick out gifts, order by number and take them to go. All gifts come wrapped and ready to place under the tree. To make the shopping events even more special, shoppers in each Target To-Go city will have the chance to win up to $500 in Target GiftCards - a gift that also gives back to The Salvation Army through an accompanying donation.

Target To-Go will be open to the public for three days only, December 11-13, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Guests can shop at three locations:
- New York City: Gansevoort and Washington Streets, at the High Line entrance
- San Francisco: Mint Plaza, 5th Street between Market and Mission Streets
- Washington, D.C.: M Street NW and Wisconsin Avenue NW in Georgetown
To celebrate Target To-Go, Target will be surprising shoppers in the three To-Go cities with the chance to receive a Target GiftCard and make a donation to The Salvation Army. Beginning the morning of December 11, Target will place approximately 500 oversized and easy-to-identify gift tags in each Target To-Go city. For each gift tag returned to the Target To-Go location, Target will give the guest a GiftCard (worth anywhere from $10 to $500) and donate $100 to The Salvation Army. One lucky guest in each market will receive a $500 GiftCard, and in turn, Target will donate $500 to The Salvation Army. Additionally, in each To-Go city on opening day, Target will present families in need, selected by The Salvation Army, with a $100 Target GiftCard for a head start on their holiday shopping.
This season, Target continues its longstanding partnership with The Salvation Army. For select Hasbro toys purchased between December 6 and December 12, Hasbro will donate five percent of the purchase price to The Salvation Army. Hasbro toys available at Target To-Go include the Playdoh Super Craft Caddy and Transformers Deluxe Figures. In 2009, Target will donate more than $2 million dollars to The Salvation Army.
