 logistics management and other value-added services, ranked 95th in the 2001
 "FORTUNE" 500 listing of America's largest publicly traded companies. The
 list, released this week, marks Tech Data's entry into the top 100 spot and
 represents a climb of more than 300 places since the company made its debut to
 the roster at 398 in 1996. Dubbed by "FORTUNE" as "the most exclusive club in
 American business," the "FORTUNE" 500 list ranks companies purely by revenue,
 citing this qualifier as the most reliable means of recording the "unflinching
 realism" of the corporate landscape.

 distinctions the company has received from "FORTUNE". In the publisher's most
 recent Global 500 listing, Tech Data climbed 128 places to rank 266th and was

 company. Tech Data recently announced sales and earnings for its fiscal year
 ended January 31, 2001, with net income increasing 40.0% to $178.0 million, or
