Apr 23, 2001, 01:00 ET from Tech Laboratories, Inc.

    NORTH HALEDON, N.J., April 23 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ --
Tech Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCHL) announced today that Allied
Irish Bank has installed Tech Laboratories' Dynatrax(TM) Cross Connect
Physical Layer Matrix switch technology in their newly operational E-Commerce
 facility in White Plains, NY.
The Dynatrax(TM) technology allows management and control of a network at
the physical level. Dynatrax(TM) fully automates moves, adds and changes to
desktop equipment with a simple drag and drop of a mouse.
No longer does a technician have to be dispatched to a telecommunications
closet. All critical connections are made from a management work station,
thus saving money and time. User equipment location is documented and stored
in a data base for easy retrieval.
Positioned between networking equipment and users, DynaTraX(TM) makes it
easy to quickly assign and re-assign any equipment to any user. What's more,
DynaTraX(TM) is protocol transparent, enabling it to offer universal
flexibility for any type of networking protocol in LAN, WAN and Host
 Connectivity environments.
With Dynatrax(TM), access to networks can be accomplished from remote
locations via a private or public network. The Dynatrax(TM) test card allows
total end to end management of the cable plant within the facility and shares
valuable test equipment such as network analyzers.
Bernard M. Ciongoli, president of Tech Laboratories, Inc. said, "We are
pleased to have the Dynatrax(TM) technology installed in such a prestigious
banking environment as Allied Irish Bank. We believe the Dynatrax(TM)
technology will become the technology of choice as newer, more robust networks
 are built in the future."
Tech Laboratories, Inc., under its wholly owned subsidiary, Tech Labs
Community Networks, "TLCN" offers residential communities a bundled turnkey
solution for digital broadband networks. Residential communities in Florida
will be the first to launch TLCN's voice, video and data solutions, with many
other communities nationwide to follow. Tech Laboratories will use its Tech
Labs Connect structured cabling equipment, including home connectivity boxes,
wall outlets, cables and the Dynatrax(TM) Matrix Switch Technology, to provide
a gateway device for delivery of broadband-bundled communication services.
