Technology Fund Manager for Galleon Group Joins Board of Directors Of Uncommon Media Group, Inc.

    NEW YORK, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Lawrence Gallo, Chief Executive Officer
 of Uncommon Media Group, inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:   UMDA), announced today that
 Ali Far, currently the Managing Director of Technology Fund for Galleon Group,
 has joined the company's Board of Directors and will serve as Chairman of the
 Audit Committee.
     At Galleon, a $5 billion technology investment firm, Mr. Far is
 responsible for analysis of the Semiconductor and Storage Area Networking
 industries and he manages a technology fund.

 markets. Prior to TelCom he was Director of Marketing and IC Design at Aureal

 Marketing and Design Engineering Manager at Micro-PowerSystems that produced
 chips for imaging, video, and communications applications.  Ali received his
 Juris Doctor, masters in Business Administration, and Master in Electrical
 Engineering from Santa Clara University and his bachelor in Electrical
 Engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley.  Ali has 15 patents in the
