TechTeam Announces Agreement with Schering-Plough

To provide support for on-line clinical trial procedures

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- National TechTeam Inc.

 that Schering-Plough Research Institute of Kenilworth, New Jersey, has
 selected TechTeam to be the single point of contact in providing all technical
 support for its Web-based international clinical trial program.
     Through the agreement, TechTeam will support Schering-Plough's primary
 investigators, management employees and clinicians for trials in North and
 South America and across Europe through multilingual help desks and the
 Web-based TechTeam Support Portal.  Support will be provided during business
 hours in most site locations five days a week.  The initial support will be
 provided to sites in the US and Latin America.  Before the end of the first
 half of 2001, support will be transitioned to TechTeam's Brussels, Belgium
 office where the service will be expanded to multiple trials and to the UK and
 Europe with support provided in at least five languages.
