    TORONTO, April 3 /PRNewswire/ - Telesis (CDNX:TNC) is pleased to announce
 that Mr. John Ciardullo and Mr. Stephen Shaver have been appointed to the
 Board of Directors and have been appointed Chairman of the Compensation and
 Audit Committees respectively. Telesis also announces that Ms. Flora Wood has
 been appointed as Vice-President, Corporate Communications and that the
 company has accepted the resignation of Stuart Rogers as a director, who will
 be leaving the Board to pursue other interests.
     Mr. Ciardullo brings to Telesis a wealth of experience in formulating and
 executing strategic business initiatives as well as advising companies on such
 matters on business and legal matters. Most recently, he was the Executive
 Vice-President of Stratos Global Corporation (TSE:SGB), where he was
 responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. While at
 Stratos, Mr. Ciardullo led the company through a successful acquisition
 program, positioning it as a marquee player in the satellite industry. Prior
 to joining Stratos, Mr. Ciardullo practiced corporate and securities law at a
 leading international law firm, with a particular emphasis on the
 telecommunications sector. As part of his practice, Mr. Ciardullo advised
 numerous clients on a wide variety of matters including acquisitions,
