 president of marketing.  Ms. Redmond, who has played key leadership roles in
 product and corporate marketing, and business development, will bring those
 skills to Telespree.  She will assume a strategic role at the company and will
 oversee the company's marketing operations.
     Ms. Redmond has spent the past 17 years leading technology marketing,
 product management, manufacturing and business alliance efforts within the
 telecommunications, information technology, utility and development industries
 for corporations such as Sprint, IBM and Kansas City Power & Light Co.  She
 was most recently a Vice President/GM at Sprint, heading their multi-million
 dollar OEM product development and manufacturing division, as well as
 overseeing U.S. sales to the RBOCs for Sprint's supply-chain distribution
 business.
