 THALES Communications will standardize on PTC's Windchill.  THALES
 Communications located in Hamburg, Germany is a subsidiary of THALES group.

 and supplying information and communications systems to defence and security

     THALES, a long time customer of PTC's MCAD solutions, has selected to
 standardize on Windchill throughout the company. "We selected Windchill's
 technology because of its potential for upgrading information systems. This
 solution will leverage our ability to offer new services to our partners and
 customers.  Windchill fits perfectly into THALES Communications' e-commerce
 strategy," noted M. Jean-Pierre Walbecque, THALES Communications Information
 System Director.  "PTC's Windchill solutions will be deployed for 1,000 users,
 with half of the implementation complete in April 2001.  Windchill will be
