    CALABASAS HILLS, Calif., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cheesecake Factory
 Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) will hold its first quarter investor conference
 call on Thursday, April 19, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.  The conference
 call will be broadcast live over the Internet and will be hosted by David
 Overton, Chairman and CEO, and Jerry Deitchle, Executive Vice President and
 CFO.
     To listen to the conference call, please choose the "Webcast" option under
 the "Financials" section of the Company's website located at
 http://www.thecheesecakefactory.com at least fifteen minutes prior to the
 start of the call to register and download any necessary audio software.  A

     The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated operates 42 upscale, casual dining
 restaurants under The Cheesecake Factory(R) name that offer an extensive menu
