The Keith Companies Awarded an IDIQ Contract by the National Park Service

    COSTA MESA, Calif., April 20 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ -- The
 Keith Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: TKCI), an engineering and consulting services
 company, today announced that it has been awarded an indefinite delivery,
 indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide surveying and mapping services
 in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington by
 the National Park Service.  The term of the contract is for one year with four
 one-year options.  The gross contract values for the term of the agreement can
 range from $10,000 to a maximum of $5 million. The first year maximum is
 $2 million.  Work under this contract on specific projects is subject to and
 authorized under task authorizations that may be issued from time to time by
 National Park Service staff.
     The Keith Companies will be responsible for performing ground surveys,
 boundary surveys, aerial photography, topographic surveys, global positioning
 systems (GPS) surveys, preliminary and final design layouts, construction
 layouts, as-built surveys, hydrographic and hydrologic surveys, as well as
 providing technical assistance.
