 (NYSE:   MTP) today announced the Company will release its financial results for
 First Quarter before the market opens on May 1, 2001.
     Bob Gannon, Chairman and CEO, will conduct a public conference call and an
 audio webcast at 11:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the same day,
