The Options Industry Council and The Australian Stock Exchange Enter Affiliation to Share Options Education Resources

    CHICAGO, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Options Industry Council (OIC) and
 The Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) announced that they have formed an
 alliance to share educational resources and options industry research.
     "We're very excited about this strategic partnership with ASX, which is
 OIC's first formal affiliation with a foreign exchange," said Paul Stevens,
 OIC President.  "This is an important stepping stone to increase global
 awareness of equity options."

 sharing educational materials and market research from the respective U.S. and
 Australian options markets.  Additionally, OIC would become the primary
 distributor of ASX materials in the U.S., and ASX would be the primary
 distributor of OIC materials in Australia.
