 Spiegel Group today announced its entry into the third-party logistics market
 with the creation of a new joint venture, Spiegel-Hermes General Service, LLC
 (SHGS).  The Spiegel Group's partner in the joint venture is Hermes General
 Service USA, Inc., part of Otto Versand.
