    FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Wet Seal, Inc.
 (Nasdaq:   WTSLA) today announced an exclusive national promotion with the Epic
 Records Group, a division of Sony Music, featuring the record label's newest
 stars, 3LW.  The new teen female trio will be featured on a direct mail
 postcard, on in-store contest materials, and on wetseal.com and seventeen.com,
 who are co-sponsoring the promotion.
     The in-store contest grand prize will be an all expense-paid trip for
 three to LA to hang out with 3LW and see them perform at Seventeen Magazine's
 star-studded Hollywood Spotlight concert on June 14th at the House of Blues.
 The contest will also be promoted on the websites of Wet Seal
 (www.wetseal.com), and Seventeen.com, companion website to Seventeen Magazine
 (www.seventeen.com), and on 3LW's own site (www.3LW.com).
     The new "Playas Gon' Play" video will make its "TRL" premiere on MTV
 April 16th and debut nationally in select Wet Seal and Contempo Stores!  3LW
 will be touring nationally with 'N Sync and Destiny's Child.  "This is really
