 appointment of David Nagy to vice president of product management and
 strategy.
     In his new position at Thinque, Nagy will be responsible for overseeing
 the product strategy, planning and quality of Thinque's mobile enterprise
 software applications for mobile and wireless devices, Thinque Mobile
 Solutions Platform(TM) (MSP) and Thinque Sales Portfolio(TM) (SP).  Thinque
