Company's new Web site at http://www.twt.com. Third Wave completely
overhauled its Web site focusing on user-friendliness and making it into a
valuable source of information for its customers and investors. Major
revisions were made throughout the site with special emphasis on product
offerings, technical assistance and investor relations.
Third Wave revised the Products section of its Web site adding detailed

extensive customer support page with frequently asked questions addressing:
Invader assay operating procedures and instrumentation, microtiter plates, DNA
and RNA sample preparation and material storage. Additionally, in support of
the Company's recent initial public offering, Third Wave added a new investor
relations section, including general investor information, stock quotes and
charts and other areas of special interest to the investment community.

     Our Company
We are a leading provider of products for analyzing genetic variations.
Our patented genetic analysis platform, the Invader operating system, offers
several advantages over conventional genetic analysis technologies. Our
products produce highly accurate results, are easy to use and eliminate the
need for making multiple copies of the genetic sample, saving the user time
and money while significantly reducing the risks associated with sample
contamination. Additionally, our products are compatible with existing
automation processes and detection platforms and are available in convenient,
ready-to-use formats. These advantages make our products ideally suited for
large-scale genetic analysis for both research and clinical applications,
including drug discovery and development and patient diagnosis and treatment.
Our proprietary products and technologies position us to exploit the growing
market opportunity for genetic analysis products.
