    LOS ANGELES, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Ticketmaster (Nasdaq:   TMCS), the
 world's leading ticketing and access company, announced today that Hilary
 Meserole has been appointed to the position of Executive Vice President of
 Marketing for Ticketing and Access.
     In her new role, Meserole will spearhead Ticketmaster's efforts to become
 the premier event marketing partner.  Meserole will also build the Ticketing
 and Access Marketing area to better serve the needs of Ticketmaster's clients
 and consumers alike.  Meserole will report jointly to Ticketmaster's Chief
 Operating Officer of Ticketing, Tim Wood and its President of Access and
 Emerging Businesses, Tom Stockham.
     Meserole most recently served as chief marketing officer of Z.com where
 she was brought on board to create a brand identity for the emerging company.
 Prior to that Meserole spent nine years with The Walt Disney company, most
 recently as senior vice president, Corporate Brand Management where she guided
 the strategic development of Disney's brands worldwide, and initiated Disney's
 first company-wide consumer loyalty program.  Meserole also played a key role
 in the management of a variety of long-term global relationships with theme
 parks sponsors including American Express, AT&T, Coca-Cola, General Motors and
 Kodak.
