Tierra Grande Resources Inc. Announces Close of Merger With Live Music Technology Platform VNUE, Inc.
SEATTLE, June 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Tierra Grande Resources Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Pink: TGRI) today announced that on May 29, 2015, the Company closed on the merger with privately held VNUE, Inc. ("VNUE"). As reflected in the 8-K filed with the SEC on June 4, 2015, VNUE is now the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, the shareholders of VNUE now control approximately 80% of the outstanding shares of the Company, and the business of VNUE will be pursued by the Company going forward. Upon closing, VNUE's executives were appointed as officers and directors of the Company. The Company's management team now includes Matthew Carona as CEO, Louis Mann as President, and Collin Howard as CFO.
