Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited Selects KUBRA to Provide Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Services

 announced it has signed an agreement to integrate Toronto Hydro-Electric
 System Limited to the webdoxs Electronic Document Presentation and Payment
 (EDPP) solution of e-route inc.  The City of Toronto, Canada's largest
 municipality, is the sole shareholder of Toronto Hydro-Electric System
 Limited, which provides services to 655,000 customers.  The webdoxs service
 will enable its customers to view and pay their utility bills through the
 online web banking sites of Canada's top financial institutions.
     Using the KUBRA e-bill i-Connect(TM) module, a comprehensive e-billing
 syndication solution, Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited will forward their
 source billing files to KUBRA who will then capture, parse and translate the
 data into a consolidation format for presentment and payment on the webdoxs
 network of financial web sites.  The KUBRA e-bill i-Connect(TM) module will
 also support the enrollment, validation and authentication processes for
 Toronto Hydro.  The solution will allow Toronto Hydro-Electric System
 Limited's customers to receive and pay their electricity bills through their
 choice of seven financial institution web sites including Royal Bank, CIBC, TD
 Bank (including Canada Trust), National Bank, Laurentian Bank, Caisse
 Desjardins and, coming soon, Scotiabank.
