 announced that it has renewed its relationship with Toshiba Information
 Systems, Inc. and that it will continue to provide Web hosting and consulting
 services to Toshiba and several of its subsidiaries as part of the two-year
 contract.

     Under the terms of the contract, Verado will continue to provide services
 to several Toshiba subsidiaries from its data center in Irvine, California.
 These Toshiba subsidiaries include:  the Computer Systems Division's

 Network Products Division's cable and network sales; the Computer Systems
 Engineering Division; the Electronic Imaging Division; Medical Systems; and
 Consumer Products' home entertainment and consumer electronics sales.
