Trapezo Names Robert Poon Vice President of Engineering

30-Year Veteran of Companies: IBM, Lockheed and GE, Joins Trapezo to Drive

Future Development of Network Content Management Technologies

    SAN FRANCISCO, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Trapezo, developer of the first
 Web-based platform designed to fully manage the integration, syndication and
 display of dynamic content, announced the appointment of Robert Poon to the
 position of vice president of engineering, where he will assume the
 responsibility for the architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of
 Trapezo's software service applications.

     In his career, spanning more than 30 years, Poon has been involved in
 technology projects at companies that include McDonalds, NASA and GE
 Information Services.  Poon's most recent successes have been with IBM Global
 Services, where he was senior vice president supervising a
 $4 billion+ outsourcing project with AT&T.  He also managed a 10-year,
 $355 million strategic outsourcing agreement with ADVO Corp., while at IBM.
 Prior to IBM, he was with Lockheed Integrated Solutions directing a group of
 4500 application development and maintenance professionals on a project for
 NASA, developing applications for the computing systems on NASA shuttles.  As
 a systems programmer for GE Information Services, Robert individually
 developed the first version Point of Sales system for the
 McDonald's Corporation.
