 will co-sponsor Earth Day New York's "Building Economics and the Environment"
 two-day conference to be held in New York City on May 1 and 2.  The conference
 will focus on the topic of buildings and energy, including the identification
 and implementation of environmentally responsible solutions to combat
 anticipated electricity shortages; financial incentives that underwrite energy
 efficiency, renewables and resource conservation and other resources available
