DETROIT, Jan. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Two42solutions announced today the launch of a new suite of research and analytics solutions for senior managers and decision-makers in the enterprise. Insights from the firm's growing roster of clients suggests that companies are seeking more guidance from solution-providers on how they can help tackle real business challenges.
In an effort to bridge this gap, the firm has launched CSL, a solution-set that reflects the wide spectrum of situations on the client-side. CSL has three parts:
1. Core Strategy: Today, many companies are facing serious challenges as it pertains to their business model and the rapidly changing dynamics of the marketplace. Two42solutions will now provide frameworks, based on bespoke research, that redefine the means through which companies can achieve their goals.
2. Systems of Record: In other cases, companies face the great challenge of integrating data-driven processes into their businesses. As it has since its inception, Two42solutions will continue to provide organizations with technology applications that collect, organize, and operationalize data to drive efficiencies and insights.
3. Last-Mile Optimization: Finally, some companies have a core strategy and systems of record to help scale that strategy, but they hope to achieve a very specific, usually ambitious, goal. For these companies, Two42solutions provides highly specialized solutions typically related to value-maximization or cost-minimization.
To lead the firm's research and strategy initiatives around CSL, the firm has recruited Dr. John Watts, PhD who also teaches at University of Chicago's Booth and Graham Schools. In his new role, Watts serves as Two42solutions' Chief Research and Strategy Officer. Most recently, Watts was Managing Director of Havas Xigxag, where he led the firm's Bio-pharma and Healthcare strategy consulting practice. Prior to Havas, Watts held several leadership roles at major management consulting firms such as FTI , Accenture, and Ernst & Young.
CSL also reflects a key takeaway from the firm's research: companies are seeking new mechanisms of integrating their tools together in an effort to drive business impact to new heights.
"For senior leaders in marketing, communications, and information, the business imperative today is to strengthen foundational decision-making systems and frameworks. Over the past few years, what we've seen is that far too many companies are becoming victims of tool-fatigue, whereby the excitement around the latest vertical applications supersedes defining an underlying framework that ties different solutions together. To tackle this, we've launched CSL, a new breed of horizontal solutions to the market," said Mohammad Hamid, Co-founder and CEO of two42solutions.
The firm emphasized the need for organizations to think more deeply about their strategy. At its new Birmingham, MI offices, it is common to hear one of the firm's mantras, "No tool will be your panacea," referenced in a variety of different conversations.
In June of 2016, Kim Cooke of Cooke, LLC lead a new round of funding into the firm and has joined its board of directors. "From day one, we've felt strongly that this team is not only very capable, but has proven itself over and over again since the firm's inception. Furthermore, our research shows that the market for its innovative products, particularly around Corporate Social Responsibility, is very large," said Cooke, Founder and Managing Director of Cooke, LLC.
Initially, much of the firm's business came from the public sector. Today, the company works across several different industries and verticals. "Our experience in working with the C-suite on issues such as Marketing Efficacy, Consumer Insights, and Competitive Strategy has resulted in strong growth in our core business over the past 18 months. From Automotive, Healthcare, and Publishing to Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Utilities, our client roster contains some of the world's most renowned Fortune 500 companies. In 2017, we are excited to deploy the CSL strategy with current and future clients," said Lisa Drew, Co-founder of two42solutions.
In addition to the firm's CSL-suite, the firm will continue to scale its product divisions: Unison, Pulse, and Cognate.
Two42solutions is an enterprise research and analytics firm that works with business leaders to calibrate their core initiatives. With a presence in both Detroit, Michigan and Washington D.C, the firm has built a strong reputation amongst executives all over the world.
