 today announced an agreement that will enable each company to significantly
 enhance and expand its telecommunications network.
     In accordance with this agreement, TXU Communications' fiber network will
 be utilized as the backbone to connect IP Communications' network hubs located
 in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, while IP Communications' broad
 data network coverage throughout Texas will be utilized by TXU Communications
 to supplement its own infrastructure.  "We believe that having ready access to
 IP Communications' data network will position TXU Communications with more
 cost-effective and more competitive offerings that ultimately will benefit our
