 a Sprint PCS (NYSE:   PCS) Network Partner, today announced the expansion of
 advanced Sprint PCS wireless personal communications services in Lewiston,
 Idaho and its surrounding areas.  The expansion of the Sprint PCS network
 includes new coverage in Lewiston, Moscow and Sandpoint, Idaho as well as
 Pullman, Colfax and Ritzville, Wash.
     According to Donald A. Harris, chairman and CEO of UbiquiTel, the Lewiston
 market launch will give local residents "better coverage and the best wireless
