Divo, Kodak Programmable CD-ROM Technologies

LOS ANGELES, April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- United Internet Technologies, Inc.
(UIT), a developer of interactive technologies and subsidiary of United
Leisure Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UTDL), and Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK)
have entered into an agreement to empower clients to utilize both UIT's
Divo(TM) Internet Video Technology, and Kodak Programmable CD-ROM Technology
simultaneously to create a powerful new Internet experience.
UIT together with Kodak will embark on a national joint marketing tour to
introduce their technologies and have already begun work on a marketing
strategy to demonstrate how these technologies, when working in concert, will
 transform the Internet experience.
Kodak Programmable CD-ROM Technology combines a stamped CD-ROM and a
recordable CD. While the disc can be mass replicated, each disc is unique
which means it can be customized with personalized data. That customization
can be as simple as a unique serial number, or as complex as detailed loyalty
program information about the user and their buying behavior. The combination
of the disc customization features from Kodak and UIT's Divo technology will
enable the production of discs which will not only deliver a visually stunning
internet experience but also tailor it for each user, even speaking to them by
 name.
Applications for these image rich, personalized discs are virtually
endless. Examples include one to one marketing campaigns, customized
e-catalogs, Internet debit cards, online membership cards, customizable sales
tools, pay-per-view access discs, digital content management tools and even
 serialized multimedia baseball cards.
Divo also enables the secure, controlled time-release of video content so
web sites can be kept fresh and now personalized with Kodak Programmable
CD-ROM technology. Subsequently, the life and usefulness of each CD is now
extended, enabling multiple marketing activities to be executed on a single
disk, greatly increasing the return on investment.
"We are very excited with this partnership. Combining our technologies
will enable a new world of personalized Internet video applications. The
combination of these technologies will amaze consumers with an on-line
experience unlike any other," according to Brian Shuster, Chairman and
 President of United Internet Technologies.
Michael Inchalik, Hybrid Media Director at Eastman Kodak, stated, "Kodak
is the world leader in imaging. We are thrilled to be marrying our imaging
expertise and customizable disc technology with UIT. UIT is an innovator in
the interactive space and has developed a very unique and highly effective
solution to overcome the problems associated with video delivery over the
Internet. The people who have seen this technology have been blown away by
 how powerful it is."

Kodak is the leader in photography -- traditional, digital and online --
with sales of more than $14 billion in 1999. Kodak's businesses serve a range
of consumer, professional, entertainment, commercial and health imaging needs.
Kodak's Digital & Applied Imaging Division provides fast, easy and effective
digital imaging solutions for a range of business, professional and personal
applications. Covering all aspects of the imaging chain from capture and
storage to manipulation and print, the division's product portfolio includes
digital cameras, imaging software, printers and CD media. Kodak is one of the
world's leading suppliers of branded CD-R media. The company is currently
using Programmable CD-ROM Technology in Kodak Picture CD, which has already
generated sales of millions of discs.

United Internet Technologies, Inc. (UIT) is a subsidiary of United Leisure
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UTDL). Divo(TM) is a server controlled video
technology, that is suitable for the entertainment, marketing, shopping,
corporate and educational markets. For further information, please visit
