 solutions, today announced a partnership where UMC will implement Tonbu's
 web-based project collaboration management solution.  UMC will use Tonbu's
 services to strengthen links with alliance partners, suppliers, and customers
 through web-native project management, control, and tracking; real-time data
 sharing; document exchange; dynamic process management; and online
 conferencing to improve productivity, cut costs, and enable better
 time-to-market.
