 that Unilever, a global leader in consumer products, has signed an agreement
 to adopt key components of McHugh's DigitaLogistix(TM) product line that will
 enable the company to improve its supply chain visibility, reduce operating
 costs, and support development of a "glass pipeline" for inventory management.
     Under the agreement, Unilever will deploy McHugh's DigitaLogistix
 solutions for execution-based supply chain management.  These include LENS(TM)
 for supply chain visibility, Logistix Commander(TM) to enable centralized
 quality assurance control, Digital Supplier(TM), a web application for
 collaborating with Unilever's co-packer operations, and Logistix
 Datawarehouse(TM) to manage complete shipment histories and analytics.  The
 products will be integrated with McHugh's warehouse management applications
 that are currently installed throughout Unilever's distribution network to
 enable integrated enterprise supply chain management.
