LINCOLN, Neb., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- More than 1,000 new PCs, as well
as servers and networking equipment, will soon be making their way to Lincoln,
Neb. thanks to a technology leasing agreement that Gallup, Inc., the
management consulting firm and Gallup Poll producer, signed with U.S. Bancorp
 Oliver-Allen Technology Leasing.
The operating lease, valued at $3 million, allows Gallup to put the most
current PC technology at the fingertips of every one of its 3,000 employees,
from the CEO to the pollsters in the field, over the course of the next three
 years.
"Gallup plans to replace approximately one third of its computers annually
and we are able to facilitate this through our technology refresh programs and
asset tracking capabilities," said Darren Lang, senior vice president at U.S.

"After reviewing many other financing options, it became clear that using
a technology lease was the most flexible and cost-effective way to provide our
employees with the latest computer equipment," said Ken Mar, Gallup treasurer.
