Apr 03, 2001, 01:00 ET from ValCom, Inc.

VALENCIA, Calif., April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- ValCom, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: VCMI; Frankfurt XETRA: SE8) is pleased to announce that
it is participating in the MIP TV 2001 conference in Cannes, France, between
April 2 and April 6, 2001. This conference brings together producers,
distributors, broadcasters, web-casters, worldwide cable and satellite
operators, buyers, co-producers and investors in order to both witness and
participate in the latest media industry advances, and leading edge content
 and technology providers.
This international convention acts as an excellent meeting ground for
television stations, advertisers, producers and syndicators alike to buy and
sell programming for the upcoming media season. During the five-day
conference, ValCom will present its PCH and Fuhgedabowdit shows and is
expected to continue to clear and add to its already cleared 28 country.
ValCom anticipates $10-12 million in revenues from this international market
for the sale of PCH and Fuhgedabowdit.
"We are very excited about MIP TV 2001. Like the NATPE show in Las Vegas
earlier this year, ValCom will have a truly international audience to showcase
all of its programs for clearance," comments Mr. Vince Vellardita, the
company's president and CEO. "Attending such a high profile and international
conference gives us an edge over the competition as we can interact with
industry leading corporations one-on-one, whereas this would otherwise be next
to impossible. This exposure enables us to continue execution of our
marketing and growth model, thus achieving milestones in terms of revenue and
 earnings," said Vellardita.
From MIP TV Mr. Vellardita will travel to Frankfurt Germany to kickoff a
promotional campaign to expose the company in the Frankfurt market. Meetings
are set with over 200 brokers, fund-managers, and investment bankers. On
April 6, 2001 Mr. Vellardita will kick off this campaign by ringing the bell
at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and broadcasting live its report over the
Emerging Company Show (a national financial television show featuring reports
on public company with over 34 million households, 300 cable television
markets and via the Internet at http://www.emergingcompany.com/). Please
check your local listing for time and channel.
"I am very excited about the live television broadcast from Frankfurt.
This is a way to expose the international progress of the company to its
existing shareholders, comments Vince Vellardita. We will continue to
broadcast updates via the Emerging Company's broadcast financial network over
the next 30 days. The company plans are to continue to add shareholder value
by introducing investors from the international market for investments
opportunities in the company", stated Vellardita.
