Vector Pipeline Announces Management Appointments

    LIVONIA, Mich., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Vector Pipeline, a transporter of
 natural gas, announces the appointment of John Donaldson to Vice President,
 Marketing, Linda Maiorana to General Manager, Accounting, Regulatory and
 Administration and Matt Malinowski to Manager, Market Development.  Vector's
 headquarters is located in Livonia, Mich. near Detroit.
     In his position as Vice President, Marketing, Mr. Donaldson will report to
 Craig Fishbeck, President of Vector and will be responsible for short and long
 term sales, market development, customer service and new service development
 for Vector.  Mr. Donaldson brings with him over 22 years in the industry and
 most recently was Vice President of Customer Service for ANR Pipeline, a
 subsidiary of El Paso Corporation.
     Ms. Maiorana, as General Manager, Accounting, Regulatory and
 Administration, will report to Craig Fishbeck and will provide oversight of
 financial and regulatory reporting and will be responsible for contract
 administration for Vector.  Ms. Maiorana came to Vector with over 29 years
 with ANR Pipeline where she held various management positions most recently as
 Assistant Vice President, Market Analysis.
     Mr. Malinowski, as Manager, Market Development, will report to John
 Donaldson and will be responsible for advancing and completing new business
 opportunities on Vector.  Mr. Malinowski joined Vector after 10 years of
 service at ANR Pipeline where he most recently was Project Engineer, Facility
 Planning.

 gas from the market hub in Chicago, Ill., to the hub at Dawn, Ontario, also
 providing access to markets and storage in the upper Midwest.  Vector offers a
 competitive additional supply source at Dawn and can serve key markets in
 Ontario, Quebec, the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States.  At
 startup on December 1, 2000, Vector's initial delivery capacity was
 approximately 700 million cubic feet per day.  This will increase to 1 billion
 cubic feet per day following completion of the Highland Compressor Station in
 Michigan in the fourth quarter of 2001.  The system can be cost-effectively
 expanded to 1.5 billion cubic feet per day.
