 signed a one-year agreement with Casual Day.com, a brand consultant for human
 resources and marketing professionals, to provide access to continuously
 updated news on its web site using Veracity(TM). Financial terms of the
 agreement were not disclosed.
     Veracity provides web sites with access to continuously updated news. The
 stories are automatically filtered from among 2,000 of Lexis-Nexis' electronic
 and print sources.  News and business stories are selected according to
 customer preference using one of over 1,500 industry-specific topics or news
 related topics.
     Casual Day.com has integrated access to the Veracity news content into its
 web site at www.casualday.com . By clicking on the News & Chronicles link,
 visitors can see a list of stories focusing on issues related to the workplace
 and employees. For example, visitors can view stories about workplace attire,
 employee recognition strategies, recruitment and retention tools or wellness
 programs.
