Verizon Pacifica Chooses Telstar International to Provide Debit Card Platform in Saipan

Telstar Platform provides Verizon with Innovative Solutions for Fulfilling its

Long Distance Agreement with the Saipan Government

 Telstar International, Inc., a full service multinational provider of enhanced
 network services, to provide calling card service for the Government of
 Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas. This alliance will help Verizon to
 fulfill its successful bid on a long distance contract with the CNMI
 Government for calling card services. The Verizon Pacifica contract with the
 CNMI Government is to provide long distance services to the numerous
 government offices and more importantly when government official travel
 throughout the world, provide officials with ability to make calls throughout
 the world. "Telstar's innovative and seamless solution will enable us to
 provide low cost, high quality card services to the government of Saipan with

     Under the terms of the Telstar-Verizon agreement, Telstar will provide the
 debit card platform for Verizon Pacifica, who will then offer calling card
