 its merger with Networks Vigilance, an innovator in network vulnerability
 assessment headquartered in Paris, France.
     The combined company produces the most powerful set of security assessment
 services and knowledge in the industry. VIGILANTe will immediately integrate
 Networks Vigilance's network vulnerability assessment technology with
 VIGILANTe's Security Assessment Service Provider (SASP) model, allowing
 organizations to receive frequent, cost-effective assessments of their
 Internet and network infrastructure.
