 U.S., a subsidiary of Visual Data Corporation (Nasdaq: VDAT), and Nike Golf, a
 unit of NIKE Inc. (NYSE:   NKE), today announced an agreement under which the
 Golf Society of the U.S. has licensed the use of a variety of its golf-related
 content and interactive services to Nike Golf for their NikeGolf.com web site.
     Under the terms of the agreement, the Golf Society will provide private
 label versions of its course and scorecard directories, recreational handicap
 services and state-of-the-art game improvement system to Nike Golf for use in
 their soon-to-be-launched virtual golf club, Nike Golf Club
 (http://www.nikegolf.com).  These new interactive services will allow Nike
 Golf customers and site visitors to improve their game by identifying their
 strengths and weaknesses through analysis and benchmarking.  In addition, the
 NikeGolf.com site will soon feature streaming video content produced by Visual
 Data Corporation for Nike Golf during this year's annual PGA show in Orlando.
