 April 2-8, 2001 -- Bell & Howell Media Solutions announced here at the BAUMA
 2001 trade show that it is teaming up with Volvo Construction Equipment, a
 world leader in the construction industry, for the launch of Volvo's new
 online product support system.
     The new Bell & Howell developed system will enable Volvo customers to
 access product support information, create a shopping cart and execute
 business transactions with Volvo distributors through the Internet. Volvo is
 currently implementing Bell & Howell's new web-enabled business-to-consumer
 (B2C) applications, called Net-Compass Consumer Module, and expects the system
 to be online in May, as part of " www.volvoce.com " -- Volvo's e-commerce web
 site.
     Bell & Howell's new B2C applications will enable timely and more reliable
 customer service, enabling access to the most up-to-date parts and service
 information, and allow customers to request a quote or order parts
 electronically through Volvo's distributors or dealers.  Users of the system
 will have global access to customer-specific product support information in
 multiple languages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
     Volvo will use a Bell & Howell update process to manage the publishing and
 maintenance of their product documentation directly into the Net-Compass
 application. This tool will help streamline Volvo's Technical Publications
 process by reducing the amount of manual work and people required while
 maintaining the most up to date information on the web.
