 Warrantech Peru S.R.L, a subsidiary of Warrantech International, Inc., has
 signed a three-year agreement with Tiendas EFE S.A.  Under the agreement, EFE
 will offer
 point-of-sale service contracts on all consumer electronic and appliances.
     Tiendas EFE, founded in 1961, as a division of Enrique Ferreyros S.A., the
 representative of Caterpillar in Peru, became a separate entity in 1966 and is
 regarded as one of Peru's top retailers.
