Mr. Kane has provided advice and ground-level assistance to various political campaigns for both Democratic and Republican candidates. Prior to joining WealthEngine, Mr. Kane worked as Senior Counsel, Division of Enforcement, at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he managed complex investigations and litigation involving securities fraud. Mr. Kane also spent six years as a litigation attorney for the Washington, DC office of Skadden Arps, which was then the world's largest law firm. Many of his cases involved political, governmental and regulatory issues.
